Woman claims Trinitas Health owes nearly $200,000

GRETNA — A woman is seeking damages, claiming that she is owed nearly $200,000.

Adrianne Jouet filed a suit on Aug. 24 against Trinitas Health LLC in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging breach of contract.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages claiming that the defendant has failed to pay the plaintiff an amount she is owed for $183,975 as part of a business deal.

The defendant is accused of breach of contract.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Edward J. Rantz Jr of Rantz Law Firm LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division C Judge June Berry Darensburg.
