Ford claims woman owes more than $9,900 on credit account

GRETNA — A credit company is seeking nearly $10,000 on a breach of contract.

Ford Motor Credit Company LLC filed a suit on Nov. 21 against Cynthia D. Frischertz in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging breach of contract.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages, claiming that the defendant failed to pay for a retail installment contract as agreed. The defendant allegedly is indebted to the plaintiff for the balance $9,916.68.

The defendant is accused of breach of contract.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeffrey M. Toepfer of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Raymond S. Steib Jr.
