NEW ORLEANS – A man claims that he was quoted a price that was not honored by a contractor to level his house.
Salvador Cardinale filed a lawsuit Jan. 9 against Paul and Shirley R. Schneider in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging breach of contract.
According to the complaint, the plaintiffs hired the defendant and a price was agreed upon which the defendants then failed to match, demanding more money from the plaintiff.
The defendant is accused of breach of contract and unjust enrichment.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney J. William Starr in Destrehan.
The case has been assigned to Division E Judge Clare Jupiter.
