NEW ORLEANS – A construction company claims that a client failed to pay for its services.
Tim Clark Construction LLC filed a lawsuit on Dec. 29 against Laura Ward in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging breach of contract.
The suit states that the defendant entered into a contract to provide materials to the plaintiff on May 29, 2012. The plaintiff has allegedly not received all of the funds promised by the defendant and is indebted to the plaintiff.
The defendant is accused of breach of contract.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney W. Scott Duggins of the Duggins Law Firm in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division C Judge Sidney H. Cates.
