NEW ORLEANS – A woman is seeking damages after allegedly slipping and falling in a casino.
Allison Lenoir filed a lawsuit on Jan. 22 against Caesars Enterprise Services LLC, Jazz Casino Company LLC, Caesars Entertainment Corporation and CEOC LLC in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that took place on Feb. 11, 2017. The suit states that the plaintiff was at Harrah's Casino New Orleans when she was caused to slip and fall on liquid that had been left on the ground.
The defendant is accused of negligence.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Shelley Hammond Provosty
The case has been assigned to Division E Judge Clare Jupiter.
