GRETNA – A woman claims that she was caused to trip and fall on a handicapped ramp at a local clinic.
Anna Apple filed a suit on Jan. 25 against Ochsner Clinic Foundation, formerly Alton Ochsner Medical Foundation, and Bellanettie and Associates LLC, formerly Muhleisen Properties, a Louisiana partnership in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging negligence.
According to the claim, the plaintiff was at the defendants' property when she was caused to trip and fall over a handicapped ramp that was not clearly marked or properly constructed.
The defendants are accused of negligence.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Tamara Kluger Jacobson in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division O Judge Danyelle M. Taylor.
