H2O Hair accused of unjust enrichment by former employee

GRETNA – A woman claims that her former employer illegally withheld payment, which she had earned.

Christina Nelson filed a suit on Jan.  8 against H20 Hair Inc., Michael John Gaspard and Holli M. Gaspard in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging breach of contract and unjust enrichment.

According to the claim, the plaintiff claims that the defendants came up with schemes that reduced the wages of the plaintiff in an illegal manner.

The defendants are accused of breach of contract and unjust enrichment.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Lawrence J. Centola III of Matzell, Bickford & Centola in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Michael P. Mentz.
