GRETNA – A financial company claims it is owed more than $20,000.
Ally Financial Inc. filed a suit Jan. 8 against Patrick Henry Luquet in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages, claiming that the defendant is indebted for the balance of $20,730.66 plus interest for sums due.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Edward Bukaty III in Metairie.
