GRETNA — A surgical center is seeking damages for more than $30,000 for alleged sums due.
Crescent City Surgical Centre Operating Company LLC filed a suit on Jan. 8 against Dlauren Honore in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages claiming that the defendant never paid for services rendered. The defendant is allegedly indebted to the plaintiff for the balance of $31,108.50.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Larry S. Bankston of Bankston & Associates in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Nancy A. Miller.
