GRETNA — A credit union is seeking more than $8,000 on an open account.
Coastal Federal Credit Union filed a suit on Jan. 30 against Alaina Beck in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging she has failed to pay off a balance of $8,243.29 despite amicable demand.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gilbert G. Gonzalez Jr of The DeGrasse Law Firm PC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Cornelius E. Regan.
