GRETNA – A bank is seeking damages for an open account of more than $2,500.
Capital One Bank (USA) N.A. filed a suit on Jan. 31 against Joanna Grabert in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging she owes $2,662.23 on an open account.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura A. Guliuzo of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
