Capital One Bank sues over debt of $2,612

GRETNA – A bank is seeking more than $2,000 on an open account.

Capital One Bank (USA) N.A. filed a suit on Jan. 31 against Pamela S. Parker in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging she owes a balance of $2,612.06 plus interest.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura A. Guliuzo of Couch, Conville & Blitt in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Donald A. Rowan Jr.
