GRETNA – A bank is seeking damages, claiming that the defendant is indebted for the balance of more than $2,700.
Capital One Bank (USA) N.A. filed a suit on Jan. 31 against Ray T. Peyton in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging an open account. According to the claim, the plaintiff owes the balance of $2,728.05 plus interest.
The defendant is accused of open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura A. Guliuzo of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
