Bank of America seeking more than $4,000 from Jefferson Parish resident

GRETNA – Bank of America is seeking more than $4,000 in sums due.

Bank of America N.A. filed a suit on Feb, 5 against Sydney Leischner of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging an open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $4,215.16 plus interest, claiming that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance owed.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeffrey M. Toepfer of Couch, Conville & Blitt in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division H Judge Glenn B. Ansardi.
