NEW ORLEANS – An ambulance company claims it was never paid for services rendered.
A-mmed Ambulance Inc. filed a lawsuit Jan. 29 against Ezekiel Tyson and Martha Tyson-Packnett in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging open account
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages, claiming that the defendant was negligent and failed to pay off sums due in the balance of $24,185, after the plaintiff issued services to the defendant.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Clarence Favret III of Favret, Carriere, Cronvich in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Kern Reese.
