GRETNA – Bank of America is owed over $2,500, according to a court filing.

Bank of America N.A. filed a suit Feb. 7 against John A. Micelotti in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $2,517.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeffrey Toepfer of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
