GRETNA — Discover Bank is seeking more than $8,000 from a Jefferson Parish customer.
Discover filed a suit on Feb. 14 against Joylean A. Pierce in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $8,312.44 plus interest.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeffrey M. Toepfer of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.
