GRETNA – Capital One is seeking damages for an open account.
Capital One Bank (USA) N.A. filed a suit Feb. 14 against Jami R. Eugene in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $1,582.16 plus interest, claiming that the defendant was negligent in paying what was owed.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
