Capital One seeking nearly $2,000 from Jefferson Parish man

GRETNA — Capital One is seeking more than $1,900 from a Jefferson Parish man.

Capital One Bank (USA) N.A. filed a suit on Feb. 14 against Omar Sulieman in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging an open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $1,928.23 plus interest.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Linly L. Hall of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.

The 24th Judicial District Court case number 780612.
