GRETNA – Capital One is seeking more than $6,300 from a woman.
Capital One Bank (USA) N.A. filed a suit Feb. 14 against Leyla Pineda in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking sums due in the balance of $6,345.54 plus interest, claiming that the defendant was negligent in paying off the sums due.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Linly Hall of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
