GRETNA – Capital One is seeking damages for over $2,000.
Capital One Bank (USA) N.A. filed a suit Feb. 14 against Marlice Gurrero in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $2,097.77 plus interest.
The defendant is accused of open account.
