GRETNA – Capital One claims it is owed more than $6,000.
Capital One Bank (USA) N.A. filed a suit Feb. 14 against Monique R. Murray in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, claiming that the defendant owes them $6,025.24 plus interest.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
