GRETNA – Capital One is seeking more than $3,000 from a customer.
Capital One Bank (USA) N.A. filed a suit Jan. 8 against Ahmed Ould Soufi in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $3,095.94 plus interest, claiming that the defendant failed to pay off sums due.
The defendant is accused of open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura Guliuzo of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
