Customer sued for debt of over $2,500

GRETNA – Capital One claims it is owed more than $2,500.

Capital One Bank (USA) N.A. filed a suit Jan. 8 against Paul W. Giovengo in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages in the balance of $2,528.45 plus interest, claiming that the defendant failed to pay what they owed.

The defendant is accused of open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura Guliuzo of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division K Judge Ellen Shirer Kovach.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 779218.
