GRETNA – Capital One is seeking more than $3,200 from a man.
Capital One Bank (USA) N.A. filed a suit Jan. 3 against Mauricio Cordoba in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $3,249.88 plus interest, claiming that the defendant was negligent in failing to pay off the sums due.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura A. Guliuzo of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
