GRETNA – Capital One claims that a customer owes more than $5,500.
Capital One Bank (USA) N.A. filed a suit Jan. 9 against Pamela P. Sambola in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking $5,549.26 plus interest, claiming that the defendant was negligent in paying off the balance.
The defendant is accused of open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Linly Hall of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
