GRETNA – Discover Bank claims it is owed more than $6,800.
Discover Bank filed a suit Jan. 8 against Karen D. Vix in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $6,870.38 plus interest, claiming that the defendant failed to pay.
The defendant is accused of open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeffrey Toepfer of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
