NEW ORLEANS – A man claims that he was injured when he slipped and fell at a local medical center.
John Malveaux filed a lawsuit on Feb. 7 against ABC Insurance Company and University Healthcare Center System LC, dba Tulane Medical Center, in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that allegedly took place on Sept. 14, 2017 claiming that he was injured when he slipped and fell due to a dangerous condition.
The defendant is accused of negligence.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Athony D. Irpino in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Nakisha Ervin-Knott.
