GRETNA — A woman alleges that was rear-ended in the parking lot of a casino.
Brenda Royal filed a suit on Feb. 20 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Treasure Chest Casino LLC and Stacey Marino, alleging negligence.
According to the claim, the plaintiff was driving on Treasure Chest Casino LLC's property when she was rear-ended by a car that was driven by Marino and owned by Treasure Chest Casino LLC.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Christopher H. Sherwood in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division O Judge Danyelle M. Taylor.
