Man seeks damages for injury at trampoline house

GRETNA – A man claims he was injured when he fell while on a trampoline.

Mark Bergeron filed a suit March 1 against ActiveMET LLC, dba Sky Zone Metairie, in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging negligence.

According to the claim, the plaintiff was a guest at the defendant's property when the incident took place on March 2, 2017. The plaintiff was enjoying the room full of trampolines when he was caused to land between two trampolines and fell forward, causing him an immediate compound fracture to his lower leg.

The defendant is accused of negligence.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Conrad S.P. Williams III of Williams Law Group LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division E Judge John Molaison Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 781165.
