Bank of America sues Jefferson Parish man for past due payments

GRETNA — Bank of America is seeking more than $3,000 from a Jefferson Parish man.

Bank of America N.A. filed a suit March 5 against Richard A. Valley Jr. in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging an open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for the balance of $3,529.54.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeffrey M. Toepfer of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division C Judge June Berry Darensburg.
