Barlays Bank claims it is owed more than $2,200

GRETNA – A bank is seeking over $2,200 in sums due.

Barclays Bank Delaware filed a suit March 6 against Tiffany S. Lucas in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $2,238.42 plus interest, claiming that the defendant has been negligent in paying the balance off.

The defendant is accused of open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division H Judge Glenn B. Ansardi.
