Louisa Street Country Club claims new chairs were defective

NEW ORLEANS – An Orleans Parish country club claims that it was sold malfunctioning chairs.

Louisa Street Country Club LLC and Country Club Inc filed a lawsuit on March 5 against Ferrand Design LLC, E. Kraemer LLC and Port Street Woodworks LLC in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging breach of contract. 

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages after the defendant allegedly supplied chairs to the plaintiff that late malfunctioned. The defendant has failed to offer compensation for the plaintiff's troubles.

The defendant is accused of breach of contract.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Sarah Ney in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division E Judge Clare Jupiter.
