GRETNA — A woman claims that a negligent team of medical professionals did not take the actions necessary for her to recover properly.
Marla Hudson filed a suit on March 15 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Ochsner Clinic Foundation and Ochsner Medical Center Westbank LLC, alleging negligence.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that allegedly took place between Dec. 12, 2013 and Jan. 8, 2014, claiming that the defendants were negligent in their treatment of her because she allegedly developed pressure ulcers after the procedure.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Daniel W. Nodurft in Chalmette.
The case has been assigned to Division E Judge John J. Molaison Jr.
