GRETNA — American Express is seeking more than $23,000.
America Express Centurion Bank filed a suit on March 12 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Linda Vu, alleging an open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking $23,279.05 plus interest, claiming that the defendant was negligent.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Edward Bukaty III in Metairie.
