NEW ORLEANS – Bank of America is seeking more than $30,000.
Bank of America filed a lawsuit March 8 against Joe W. Gilly in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging open account.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for the balance of $30,354.77 plus interest, claiming that the defendant failed to pay.
The defendant is accused of open account.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Jeffrey Toepfer of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division G Judge Robin Giarrusso.
