GRETNA — A funding company is seeking more than $5,000.
Midland Funding LLC filed a suit on March 15 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Keith Walker, alleging an open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking $5,608.68 plus interest, claiming that the defendant never paid off an Overstock.com balance.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory M. Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen C. Grefer.
