NEW ORLEANS — A law corporation is seeking more than $25,000.
Franklin D. Beahm, a law corporation, filed a lawsuit on March 26 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court against Dr. Rachael M. Murphy, alleging an open account.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking $25,797.29 plus interest, claiming that the defendant failed to pay off the balance due.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Franklin D. Beahm of Beahm & Green in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Rachael Johnson.
