A man is seeking damages after he allegedly slipped and fell in a hotel

GRETNA — A man claims that he was injured when he allegedly slipped and fell at a hotel.

Harry A. Parker filed a suit on March 16 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Mai Tl Inc. d/b/a Baymont Inn & Suites, Wyndham Hotel Group LLC, AB Insurance Company and CD Insurance Company, alleging negligence.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that allegedly took place on June 10 when he allegedly slipped and fell in a bathtub and struck his head on a toilet tank.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Raymond C. Burkart Jr. in Covington.

The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Henry G. Sullivan Jr.
