Fountain Court Condominium Association is seeking damages after checks allegedly bounced

GRETNA — A condominium association is seeking damages, claiming that a tenant's checks bounced.

Fountain Court Condominium Association Inc. filed a suit on April 5 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Darlene Fritscher, alleging an open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account, claiming that the defendant's bank refused to cash the checks she wrote.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by James C. Cronvich in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division E Judge John J. Molaison Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court case number 782365.
