LSU claims it is owed more than $1,800

GRETNA – A university is seeking over $1,800 on an open account.

The Louisiana State University Board of Supervisors through Louisiana State University Medical Center filed a suit April 2 against Angela Gonzales Orr in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $1,887.42 plus interest, claiming that the defendant failed to pay for attending the institution.

The defendant is accused of open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Kaila Hutchison of the Louisiana Department of Justice in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Nancy Miller.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 782295.
