GRETNA – A community college is seeking more than $1,700 in an open account.
Louisiana Community and Technical College System through Delgado Community College filed a suit April 5 against Erika Elizabeth Jones in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $1,732.50 plus interest, claiming that the defendant failed to pay off the balance due.
The defendant is accused of open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Amy Richard of the Louisiana Department of Justice in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Stephen Enright Jr.
