Painting company seeks payment of over $32,000

NEW ORLEANS – A painting company claims it is owed more than $32,000.

Woolery Painting LLC, dba Woolery Painting, filed a lawsuit March 29 against C.D.W. Services LLC and New Bridge Partners LLC in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account after the plaintiff completed work for the defendant but the defendant failed to pay the balance of $32,673 plus interest.

The defendant is accused of breach of contract.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney David Clement in New Orleans of Clement Gates & May.

The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Kern Reese.

The Orleans Parish Civil District Court Case No. is 18-3104.
