GRETNA – Capital One claims that a woman owes over $2,900.
Capital One Bank filed a suit April 13 against Jennifer Alphonse in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $2,983.29 plus interest, claiming the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due.
The defendant is accused of open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Blake Guidry of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
