GRETNA – Capital One Bank is seeking more than $2,300.
Capital One Bank filed a suit April 13 against Betty Jurado in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $2,381.54 plus interest.
The defendant is accused of open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Blake Guidry of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Cornelius Regan.
