GRETNA – Capital One claims that they are owed more than $3,300.
Capital One Bank filed a suit April 13 against Javanti Smith in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for the balance of $3,300.16 plus interest, claiming that the defendant has failed to pay what is due.
The defendant is accused of open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura Guliuzo of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
