NEW ORLEANS — A law firm claims that it was never paid.
Ganucheau Law LLC filed a lawsuit on April 11 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court against Margarete Wabnig, alleging an open account
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking $1,046.50 for an unpaid invoice from August, $5,300 for a unpaid invoice from September and $2,357 for an unpaid invoice from October, claiming that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney's fees and appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Adrienne I. Ganucheau of the Ganucheau Law LLC New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Christopher J. Bruno.
