Capital One claims that Jefferson Parish man owes it over $2,000

GRETNA — Capital One is seeking over $2,000 in sums due.

Capital One Bank filed a suit on April 13 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Jared Alfred, alleging an open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking $2,005.06 plus interest, claiming that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Blake J. Guidry of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Scott U. Schlegel.

The 24th Judicial District Court case number 782757.
