Capital One is seeking more than $2,000 from Jefferson Parish man

GRETNA — Capital One claims that it is owed over $2,000.

Capital One Bank filed a suit on April 16 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Raul A. Moradel, alleging an open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking $2,252.23 plus interest, claiming that the defendant failed to pay back the money he allegedly owes.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Linly L. Hall of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Raymond S. Steib Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court case number 782802.
