M. USA Inc., dba King Marble and Granite, filed a suit April 17 against Zerinque's Construction & Remodeling LLC and Otis Monahan in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for the balance of $1,950, claiming that the defendant has failed to pay what was owed.
